Double Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground sirloin or ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 oz blue cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans (or walnuts)
