Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp seasoning salt (Johnny’s, McCormick’s, or make your own!)
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
- 4 green onions, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Place all ingredients except cheese in a sauce pot and stir well
- Heat until nice and warm (about 10 minutes on medium heat)
- Pour into 4 bowls
- Top each bowl with 1/4 cup shredded chedddar cheese
- Eat and enjoy!
