  1. Hi, Nicole. I don’t recognize your face, but I work on the third floor with Cassie. She’s the one who told me about your site. Count me in as a regular reader! The content and values expressed here are precisely the kind of blogs I love to read. I normally don’t buy new books, but you’ve really done a good job of making me want yours. My dependence on convenience foods has historically been my biggest budget-buster and probably the greatest source of waste (i.e., packaging) that I produce.

  2. Hi, again. Just wanted to encourage you–there are already 7 people wishing for your book on paperbackswap.com. While I know this is not the best news in that people trading books may reduce the number of new book sales, it still seems pretty cool that your book is so new and there’s already that much interest in it! Now that I’m home on my own computer and not on my lunch break at work, I’ve got you added to my RSS feed and tweeted a link to your site, so hopefully that will allow a few more people to discover this enjoyable, informative blog and to learn about your book, too.

  3. Just made the salsa recipe on page 74, and it took less than 20 minutes and smells great. Can’t wait to bring it to the New Year’s Eve party tonight.
