Good news times two!

1)  Eat Right for Life is going to print and should be available in bookstores and online by November (if not earlier!)

2)  The Quick & Easy Author program (how to write your own book and self publish or get published) is in it’s final review and should be available to you by mid to late September!  Post a comment on this entry to subscribe to the Quick & Easy Author update list and we will let you know as soon as it is ready.  We’ll also give you a special introductory price that won’t be available to anyone but subscribers, and we will even give you the first chapter for free!

Exciting news – the title for An Apple a Day has been changed to:

“Eat Right for Life: How healthy foods can keep you living longer, stronger and disease-free”
 
 

 

The projected release date is November 2010.  I’ll continue to keep you posted on our progress!

12/2009:

The manuscript for An Apple a Day – The Pharmacy In Your Kitchen has been turned in!  This book, which was written by Dr. Raymond Schep and me, is a revolutionary piece of work that will teach you how to cure simple ailments, like the common cold, and major diseases, like arthritis, heart disease and cancer, just by eating!!!  We will teach you how and what to eat to look younger, feel energized, and fight diseases by eating delicious, healthy foods – we have even included a recipe section and a list of 100 disease fighting foods.   Look for An Apple a Day late next year and I will keep you updated on our progress!
